Use your Facebook Page Insights - it willl help you find demographic data about your audience and how people are responding to your posts which can help you nail down your top posting times! (NOTE: Keep in mind that if you boost your Facebook posts, your engagement numbers may be a little skewed!).

Facebook’s Creator Studio also includes an Insights tab to help creators better understand their audience and how people are interacting with their content.
